I always feel stressed when picking out a new nail polish colour. I don’t generally take risks (I’m usually a red, black or blush kind of girl) so when I picked up the new Essie Power Clutch I didn’t know whether I’d like it or not. It’s not quite grey, not black and not green, but a wonderful mix of all three colours. I’m totally in love with it and can’t stop looking at my newly manicured nails.
It is also a bit of a novelty having freshly manicured nails since the last time I had a mani/pedi was about six months ago (renovations don’t really lend themselves to having beautiful nails).

Congratulations on moving to New York! My husband and I visited there for the first time last year and have dreams of doing the same thing. I can’t wait to read more about your adventures settling into this incredible city!
